In a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing governance in church leadership, CORAT Africa and the Kingdom Equip Network (KEN) have partnered to offer an intensive 5-day virtual Corporate Governance Course from March 24 to March 28, 2025. The training is designed to equip church leaders, board members, and ministry teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to foster ethical leadership, financial stewardship, and accountability within their organizations.
The course aims to address key governance challenges faced by religious institutions, ensuring that churches operate efficiently and align with their mission and values. By focusing on ethical decision-making, financial oversight, and long-term sustainability, the training will provide participants with practical tools to strengthen church leadership structures and promote transparency.
Transforming Church Leadership Through Effective Governance
With increasing demands for accountability and proper stewardship in faith-based organizations, the need for structured governance training has never been more crucial. This initiative will provide church leaders with corporate governance principles, enabling them to implement effective decision-making processes and strengthen leadership teams.
The five-hour daily sessions will cover key topics such as:
